早期乳腺癌保乳术加辅助治疗临床观察

Breast-conserving Therapy (BCT)Combined with Adjuvant Therapy for Early Breast Cancer

目的探讨早期乳腺癌保留乳房手术治疗的临床效果。方法分析我院2003～2007年收治的26例早期乳腺癌实施保乳手术并作腋窝淋巴结清扫的患者,术后均接受放疗、化疗及内分泌治疗。结果切除乳腺肿瘤及周围组织2cm范围,切缘病理检查均阴性。腋窝淋巴结清扫平均每例13个。全部患者乳房外形保持良好。术后平均随访24个月,乳腺和腋窝均无复发迹象。结论保乳手术治疗早期乳腺癌疗效确切,但术前严格掌握手术适应证、术后行规范的辅助治疗是保乳手术获得良好疗效的保证。

Objective To investigate the therapeutic efficacy of breast-conserving therapy （BCT） for early breast cancer. Methods We analyzed 26 patients with early breast cancer in our hospital from 2003 to 2007 who underwent breast-conserving surgery and axi llaries lymph node dissection and received radiotherapy,chemotherapy and endocrine therapy. Results The pathological examination showed the margins were negative in 2era range of surrounding breast tissue by resection of tumor. Mean 13 axillary lymph nodes in each case were cleared away. The breast shapes of all the patients looked better,with an average of a 24-month following-up after the surgery and with no evidence for recurrence in the breast and armpit. Conclusion The breast-conserving surgery is effective in early breast cancer,and however,the strict control of preoperative indications as well as the postoperative standardized adjuvant therapy will be a guarantee of good efficacy for breastconserving surgery.
