经阴道彩色多普勒超声诊断子宫切口妊娠的探讨

Transvaginal Color Doppler Sonography in Diagnosis of Cesarean Scar Pregnancy

目的探讨经阴道彩色多普勒超声检查在子宫切口妊娠中的早期诊断价值。方法对我院2007～2009年65例剖宫产史再次妊娠患者的超声图像和临床资料进行回顾性分析研究。结果子宫下段剖宫产切口处妊娠具有较典型的超声特点,彩色多普勒显示孕囊或混合回声,周边可见丰富的血流信号。结论经阴道彩色多普勒超声检查子宫切口妊娠的声像图特征明显,有重要的临床意义。

Objective To evaluate the clinical application of transvaginal color Doppler sonography in the diagnosis of cesarean sear pregnancy. Methods The ultrasonic features and clinical data of 65 re-pregnancy women with caesarean section in our hospital from 2007 to 2009 were reviewed retrospectively. Results The typical ultrasonic features were shown in cesarean scar pregnancy. And there were obviously rich blood flow signals in and around the gestational sac or mixed masses. Conclusion The image features of transvaginal color Doppler ultrasonography plays an important role in the clinical diagnosis of cesarean scar pregnancy.
