摘要
北京地铁机场线东直门车站暗挖段多次下穿地铁2,13号线通道结构,穿越老旧污水管线和盖板河,且对暗挖段变形要求极高。经综合考虑,采用跟管钻进大管棚施工工艺。详细介绍了大管棚设计和施工工艺。通过对周边管线、暗挖段隧道等变形监测,证明暗挖完成后各部分变形符合要求,管棚定向较好,达到了预期效果,保证了整个工程施工的安全。
Subsurface excavation segment of Dongzhimen Station of Beijing Subway Airport Line undercrossses passage of subway Line 1 and Line 13 for several times,and it crosses old sewage pipes and rivers with cover plate.Thus it has strict requirements on subsurface excavation segment.Considering all the factors,construction technology of pipe shed support with primary tremie is adopted.The design and construction technology of pipe shed are introduced in detail.According to the monitoring results of surrounding pipe lines and subsurface excavation tunnel,it indicates that the deformation of each part can reach the requirements,and direction of pipe shed is accurate.Then the safety of construction is ensured.
