摘要
上海外滩通道工程采用ф14 270mm的土压平衡盾构施工,盾构沿途浅覆土,近距离穿越浦江饭店、上海大厦、外白渡桥、外滩万国建筑博览群等设施,盾构推进对历史建筑群影响巨大。在试验和监测基础上,针对建筑群与隧道的相对位置及建筑群现状,提出了不同的施工保护方法:盾构穿越浦江饭店时,采用FECE隔离桩;穿越上海大厦和万国建筑群时,采用注浆加固法,同时对盾构推进参数进行严格控制;取得了良好的工程效果,盾构推进结束后沿线历史建筑物最大沉降仅5.3mm。
ф 14 270mm earth pressure balance shield is used in Shanghai Bund Bypass project.Pujiang Hotel,Shanghai Mansion,Garden Bridge,and Exotic Building Clusters are adjacently passed with shallow soil covering.The shield passing has a great influence on these historic buildings.On the basis of testing and monitoring,different construction protecting technologies are proposed according to the relative positions of buildings and tunnels and the status of buildings.FECE isolated piles are used when the shield passing Pujiang Hotel.When the shield passes Shanghai Mansion and Exotic Building Clusters,grouting reinforcement method is used to decrease the influence,and the tunneling parameters of shield are strictly controlled.The construction protecting technology achieves very good project effect,and the maximum settlement of historic buildings is only 5.3mm after the tunneling construction finished.
