摘要 广州地铁5号线大坦沙南~中山八站段采用盾构法施工,右线急转弯段曲率半径290m,左线210m,接近盾构的极限能力,施工困难。结合铰接装置、千斤顶、仿形刀等的应用,严格控制盾尾间隙和千斤顶行程差,考虑盾构姿态和隧道设计轴线,合理进行管片选型。并根据管片钟点特征计算管片选型导致的位置和角度改变量,明显改善了隧道工程施工质量。 Datansha south to Zhongshanba segment of Guangzhou Subway Line 5 is constructed with shield method.The right and left line radius of the sharp turning segment are 290m and 210m respectively,which are almost the limit shield.On basis of application of hinged devices,jacks and copying knife,tunnel tail gap and displacement difference of jacks are strictly controlled,and the tunnel selection should consider shield posture and designed axis.Furthermore,authors calculate installation position and angle change caused by tunnel segment selection,thus construction quality of the tunnel is significantly improved.
