摘要
山西大剧院工程采用大直径超长冲击成孔灌注桩及后压浆施工技术。工程桩位控制精度高、地质条件复杂、后压浆工艺要求高,施工困难。根据工程难点及设计参数,介绍了灌注桩及其后压浆施工工艺和施工设备,提出施工质量保证措施。并采用桩基静载试验和低应变动力检测方法检验桩基施工质量。检测结果证明,桩基质量达到要求,采用后压浆工艺可有效提高单桩承载力,减少工程沉降量。
Large-diameter super-long punching piles and post grouting technology are adopted in Shanxi Theatre.The project has some difficulties such as high precision of pile position,complex geological conditions,and strict requirements on post grouting.According to the difficulties and design parameters,construction technology and equipments of bored piles and post grouting are introduced,and construction quality ensuring measures are put forward.Furthermore,static load test and low strain dynamic test are done to test the piles quality.Inspection results show that piles quality can meet requirements,and the post grouting technology can improve single pile bearing capacity and decrease settlement of the structure.
