摘要
软土地基中某基坑采用围护桩墙结合多道水平支撑,在支撑中设置斜栈桥和施工码头,供运土汽车和长臂反铲挖机行驶作业,对基坑挖土施工及地下室结构施工会产生综合效益最大化效应。关键技术是支撑结构与斜栈桥及施工码头通过立柱桩、梁板及垂直剪刀撑组合成统一的承重体系。介绍了该基坑工程斜栈桥和施工码头的设计原理、施工工艺流程、施工操作要点及质量安全措施。
Pile-wall compounding with multi-horizontal supports is adopted in some soft soil foundation.Inclined trestle and construction dock are designed as passage of soil moving vehicle and long arm backhoe excavators to produce the largest comprehensive benefits in excavation and construction of basement.In the construction,a uniform bearing system is formed through connection of vertical columnpiles,beams,floors and vertical bridging which consists of support structure,inclined trestle and construction dock.In this paper,design principle,construction process,key operation points and quality-safety measures of the inclined trestle and construction dock are introduced.
