即刻与再次全口义齿修复者下颌切点额状面咀嚼运动轨迹的测量研究

A quantitative study of mandibular incisor point chewing movement on frontal plane orbit of the immediate complete denture wearers and the second complete denture wearers.

目的：评价即刻全口义齿修复效果。方法：采用ＳＧＧ下颌运动轨迹描记仪对２０例行即刻全口义齿修复的患者在额状面上描记其修复３个月时以及再次全口义齿修复３个月时的下颌切点咀嚼运动轨迹并进行测量分析。结果：即刻全口义齿修复３个月时，患者咀嚼运动范围明显小于其再次全口义齿修复３个月时的咀嚼运动范围（Ｐ＜０．００１）。戴用即刻全口义齿的患者其下颌切点咀嚼运动范围受限制。结论：即刻全口义齿只能作为一种过渡性、治疗性义齿，患者戴用３个月后必须再次全口义齿修复。

Objective:To evaluate the clinical effects of immediate complete dentures.Methods:The mandibular incisor point chewing movement on frontal plane orbits was raced by SGG,then measured and analysed in 20 patients wearing immediate complete dentures for 3 months and in the same patients wearing the second complete dentures for 3 months.Results:The ranges of mandibular incisor point chewing movement on frontal plane of the patients wearing immediate complete dentures for 3 months were significantly narrower than those of the same patients wearing the second complete dentures for 3 months ( P <0.001).Conclusion:The immediate complete dentures were transitional and can only be used for treating purpose.The patients must have another complete dentures after 3 months interim.
