摘要
2010上海世博会新加坡馆主要承重体系为4个几何参数各不相同的混凝土倒锥体,属于异形结构。综合考虑,采用以传统胶合模板为基础,结合定型组合钢模板加工方法进行工厂预加工的模板施工方法。整个倒锥体结构分3段施工,分析了每个阶段的施工难点,并给出控制措施。观测结果证明,采用该方法可达到良好的外观质量和尺寸偏差控制效果,但应注意第3阶段主楞套箍闭合情况。
The Singapore pavilion of Expo 2010 Shanghai is supported with 4 different geometric concrete inverted cones,which belong to special-shaped structure.Considering all the factors,engineers adopt formwork construction technology that basing on poly-wood formwork,prefabricate formwork combining with manufacture method of shaped composite steel formwork.The inverted cone structure is devided into three construction segments.Construction difficulties of every segment are analyzed,and control measures are put forward.Monitoring results show that the appearance quality and construction deviation are controlled in allowed ranges,but engineers should pay attention to closing condition of formwork main hoop.
