女性前牙反颅颌面软组织侧貌生长发育的二维有限元法研究——从替牙期到恒牙期 被引量:2

摘要 目的:用限元法分析女性前牙反牙合患者从替牙期到恒牙期软组织侧貌生长发育特点。方法:用专门建立的有限元分析软件,由作者一人完成节点的输入。结果:大多数单元面积均有不同程度增加,形状变化大于大小变化.鼻体部继续生长,以鼻尖部尤为明显,上唇唇珠变小,下唇基部和颏上部软组织长度和厚度增加,可能会进一步促使颏上部变长,颏唇沟点上移,反牙合面形加重.结论:用有限元法进行软组织侧貌分析是可行的,获得了女性前牙反牙合患者从替牙期到恒牙期软组织侧貌生长发育的一些特点。 Objective:To analyze the growth and development characteristics of soft tissue profile of female with anterior crossbite from mixed dentition period to permanent dentition period by finite element method.Method:Two dimentional finite analysis was peformed in 86 above mentioned case with a specially developed computer software.The nodes were input by the author only.Results:The area of most element increased in different degrees.Shape changed more than size in most elements.The body of the nose kept growing larger,especially around apex of nose.Labial tubercle of upper lip became smaller.The increase of length and thickness of the base of lower lip and the upper part of chin may further contribute to the prolonged upper part of chin and upward moving of mentolabial sulus point ,and the profile of anterior crossbite worsened.Conclusions:Finite element method is feasible for soft tissue profile analysis.The represented data in this paper may be refrences to learn the growth and development charcteristics of soft fissue profile of female with anterior crossbite from mixed dentition period to permanent dentition period.
