摘要 目的:通过对中颞叶最小宽度进行简单测量,探讨颞叶萎缩与认识功能障碍的密切关系。材料与方法:30名受检者全部通过简易精神状态检查(MMSE)检测,并使用CT对颞叶进行负角薄层扫描。结果:从正常人中区分Alzheimer型痴呆(DAT)患者,MMSE可作为一种筛查工具,而中颞叶最小宽度测量,其敏感性、特异性均高,对诊断也是有价值的。结论:中颞叶最小宽度的测量可以作为DAT患者初步诊断的一个放射学指标。 Objective: To verify the strong link between the meditemporal lobe atrophy and cognitive function disturbance. Materials and Methods: MMSE was studied in 30 subjects, and negativeangle thin slice CT scanning of temporal lobes was performed. The smallest width of the meditemporal lobes on CT scan was measured. Results: MMSE was used as a screening tool to distinguish Alzheimer's dementia from normal subjects. Close correlation was existed between the smallest width of the left meditemporal lobe and cognitive function disturbance. Conclusion: The authors believe that the smallest width of meditemporal lobe can be served as a radiological index in diagnosing of Alzheimer's dementia.
