基于电磁耦合效应的位移传感器设计与实验研究

摘要 利用分离式电磁耦合效应设计了一台位移传感器。基于电磁耦合机构的磁路分析,讨论了所设计位移传感器的工作特性。设计了对该传感器实验装置并进行了实验研究,得到了传感器的位移定标曲线和不同位移(空气间隙)范围下的传感器工作性能曲线。实验结果与理论分析基本吻合。 A displacement sensor is designed by use of separated electromagnetic coupling effect. Based on the magnetic circuit analysis of electromagnetic coupling structure, the working characteristics of the displacement sensor are discussed. Experimental sample of the sensor is destgned and the experiments are carried out. As a result, the displacement calibration curve of the sensor and the work pcrformance curve under different displacement (air gap) conditions are obtained. The experiment results are consistent with the theoretical analysis.
