重组人EGF对培养的角膜缘上皮细胞增殖的影响

Effect of rhEGF on the Proliferation of Cultured Corneal-limbal epithelial Cellsof Rabbit

本实验采用重组人ＥＧＦ作用于体外培养原代生长的角膜织上皮细胞，观察重组人ＥＧＦ对细胞生长的影响，记录细胞生长曲线、集落形成率，并用ＭＴＴ法测定细胞增殖状况。结果表明：在合适的ＥＧＦ浓度作用下，细胞有丝分裂增强，细胞生长明显加快。在各浓度以１０ｎｇ／ｍＬ组对细胞作用最为明显。

The experiment was performed in rabbit corneal-limbal epithelial cell for studying theeffect of EGF on this primary culture cell in vitro.Cell growth was analyzed by counting the numberof cells and cellular colonies, and the proliferation was also estimated by detecting the value of OD byMTT.The results showed under proper concentration of EGF the growth of corneal-limbal epithelialcells might be accelerated, the proliferation of the limbal cells with EGF was significantly faster thanthat of control.
