中西医结合治疗慢性肾功能衰竭60例临床观察

The Treatment of Chronic Renal Failure with Combined TCM and WM,a Report of 60 Cases

在常规血液透析的基础上，加用中药肾衰胶囊、肾毒灵胶囊口服，配合结肠透析液灌肠治疗慢性肾功能衰竭尿毒症患者６０例，与单纯血液透析西医治疗６０例对照。结果：治疗组显效４８例，有效１０例，无效２例，总有效率为９６．７％；对照组显效３５例，有效１７例，无效８例，总有效率为８６．７％，两组总有效率比较有显著性差异（Ｐ＜０．０５）。

Sixty patients with chronic Renal failure treated with hemodialysis and TCM enema and Shenduling Capsule(肾毒灵胶囊) were observed,which were compared with the control group treated only with hemodialysis.Results:In the treatment group,48 cases were markedly effective,1 effective,2 ineffective and the total effective rate was 96.7%,while in the control group,it respectively was 25,17,8and 86.7%.The difference between the two groups was significant (P<0.05).
