中西医结合治疗血管性痴呆60例疗效观察

The Observation on the Treatment of Vascular Dementia with Combined TCM and WM,a Report of 60 Cases

采用清开灵注射液为主配合维脑路通、脑活素等治疗血管性痴呆６０例，并与单纯维脑路通、脑活素等治疗５４例对照观察。结果：治疗组中显效１３例，有效４５例，无效２例，总有效率为９６．７％；对照组中显效４例，有效４２例，无效８例，总有效率为８５．２％；两组总有效率比较，有显著差异（Ｐ＜０．０５）。

Sixty patients with vascular dementia were treated with combined TCM and WM,which was compared with the control group of 54 cases treated only with WM.Results:In the treatment group,13 cases were markedly effective,21 effective,24 improved,2 ineffective and the total effective rate was 96.7%;in the control group,it respectively was 4,16,26,8 and 85.2%.The difference between the two groups was significant (P<0.05).
