摘要
随着2型糖尿病患者的日渐增多,对2型糖尿病的研究已成为医药学界的重要课题。用于2型糖尿病研究的动物模型也比较多,其中大鼠模型是应用最多的一种动物模型。作者就2型糖尿病大鼠模型现状做一简要概括,并在比较中选出用于2型糖尿病发病机制和药物研究的理想和实用的动物模型。
With increasing of the patients of type 2 diabetes,research on type 2 diabetes has become a major medical issues.Among many animal models for type 2 diabetes,the rat model is the most widely used.In this paper,we briefly summarized the current status of rat model of type 2 diabetic.To select the ideal and practical animal model for pathogenesis research and drug development for type 2 diabetes,comparisons were made.
