病因学上可能为继发性的肥厚性硬脑膜炎临床特点分析

An analysis of clinical features in patients with hypertrophic cranial pachymeningitis of possible secondary onset in etiology

目的探讨继发性肥厚性硬脑膜炎的病因学、临床表现和磁共振成像(MRI)特征。方法通过3例继发性肥厚性硬脑膜炎患者的病因学、临床表现、脑脊液检查和影像学特点结合文献资料进行总结和讨论。结果继发性肥厚性硬脑膜炎具有与特发性肥厚性硬脑膜炎相似的临床表现和影像学特点,同时具有其特定的病因学、脑脊液检查及治疗和预后的特点。结论继发性肥厚性硬脑膜炎的临床较具特征性,依据临床表现和实验室资料可以做出较明确诊断和相应的治疗。

Objective To analyze the clinical presentations,etiology,CSF findings and therapeutic characteristics of secondary hypertrophic cranial pachymeningitis （SHCP）. Methods The clinical data of 3 SHCP patients receiving comprehensive therapies in the first Affiliated Hospital of Anhui Medical University in 2009 were retrospectively analyzed and discussed combined with the published data of HCP. Results SHCP had a similar clinical presentations and MRI features with idiopathic HCP,but had specific features in etiology,CSF findings,treatment and prognosis. Conclusion Definite diagnosis of SHCP can be derived based on the clinical characteristics and results of laboratory examinations. Usage of corticosteroid hormones combined with antibiotics and therapeutics based on etiology is essential in the treatment of SHCP.
