摘要
以氯化的商品腐殖酸溶液为实验模型,用单细胞凝胶电泳技术检测了氯化腐殖酸引起的V79细胞DNA损伤与修复作用。结果显示:氯化腐殖酸溶液在50μg/ml至800μg/ml范围内可引起V79细胞DNA损伤,平均尾长与氯化腐殖酸溶液的浓度存在着剂量反应关系;修复试验显示:孵育30分钟DNA已开始修复,2小时几乎完全修复。该研究说明:以氯化的商品腐殖酸溶液为实验模型,研究饮水氯化消毒副产物的DNA损伤与修复效应是简便易行的。
In this paper,chlorination of commercial humic acids was used as an experimental model.The single cell gel electrophoresis assay was used to detect DNA damage and repair induced by chlorinated humic acids in V79 cells.The results revealed that the chlorinatedhumic acids could induce DNA damage of V79 cells and the breakage could be repaired within two hours incubation.The study suggested that the use of commercial humic acid as a model substrate was apprepriate for examining the formation of mutagenic chemicals during water treatment.
