摘要
将98例16~20周妇女随机分为指导组和对照组,对指导组在孕中、晚期进行两次营养指导。营养调查结果表明,指导组孕妇在得到营养指导后主动调整食物结构,其血红素铁和蛋白质摄入量均比对照组显著增加(P<0.01),血液Hb、FEP、SF水平比对照组显著提高,孕晚期SF平均水平仍高于16μg/L,铁缺乏检出率显著低于对照组。
pregnant women who entried prenatal care between 16~20Pw were randomly divided into counsel group and control group.The nutrition survey was carried out during the second and third trimesters of pregnancy.The results showed that most of the women in the counsel group changed their dietary consumption pattern after received nutrition services and education as components of routine prenatal care,their daily heme iron and protein intake and iron status were improved,and the prevalence of iron deficiency was decressed significancy compared with the control group.
