近些年来,我国高技术产业快速发展,有力地促进了产业结构调整,已成为国民经济新的增长点。但是,我国高技术产业发展仍然与世界发达国家之间存在很大差距,如研发投入不足、自主知识产权匮乏等。因此,运用知识产权战略加快我国高技术产业技术进步、促进其健康发展势在必行。

In recent years,the rapid development of China＇s high-tech industry has promoted the adjustment of industrial structure.High-tech industry has become a new economic growth point.However,due to the lack of RD investment and independent intellectual property rights,there is still a big gap between our high-tech industry and its counterparts in developed countries.Therefore,it is important to take advantage of intellectual property rights to quicken the pace of technical advancement of high-tech industry and promote its healthy development.
