4-烯丙氧基苯甲醇甲基丙烯酸酯厌氧单体的制备及其固化物耐热性能的研究 被引量:1

The Preparation of 4-Allyloxybenzyl Methacrylate Anaerobic Monomer and the Heat Resistance of the Cured Product

摘要 合成了4-烯丙氧基苯甲醇甲基丙烯酸酯(ABMA)厌氧单体,研究了单体的固化性能并探讨了其固化机理。ABMA的加入使二缩三乙二醇二甲基丙烯酸双酯(TEGMA)厌氧胶的耐热稳定性和热老化性能大大提高。当ABMA与TEGMA按质量比为1∶1作为主体树脂时,所制得的厌氧胶在300℃时的质量保持率可达96.7%;经300℃老化10h之后,螺纹粘接件的平均拆卸扭矩(Tp)仍能达到室温下强度的72%。 4-Allyloxybenzyl methacrylate (ABMA) anaerobic monomer was synthesized. The reaction mechanism of ABMA monomer and the properties of cured ABMA were studied. The thermal stability and the heating aging resistance of triethylene glycol dimethacrylate (TEGMA)anaerobic adhesive was greatly improved by adding ABMA. When the mass radio of ABMA to TEGMA was 1:1, the strength retention of the anaerobic adhesive at 300℃ was 96.7% and the average disassembly torque (Tp) decreased 28% compared to the one at room temperature after heating aging for 10h at 300℃.
