溶剂型氯丁橡胶胶黏剂抗潮湿性的研究 被引量:3

摘要 以甲苯、乙酸乙酯、高溶解力120#溶剂油为混合溶剂,以三乙醇胺为非水催化剂,采用2402酚醛树脂和活性氧化镁为原料制备螯合物;然后以氯丁橡胶、丁腈橡胶、有机膨润土、白炭黑、螯合物和混合溶剂等为原料,制备出一种溶剂型多用途氯丁橡胶胶黏剂。结果表明:该胶黏剂的最佳配方(以质量份计)为氯丁橡胶70份,丁腈橡胶30份,有机膨润土3份,白炭黑15份,螯合物100份,混合溶剂600份[m(甲苯):m(乙酸乙酯):m(高溶解力120#溶剂油)=20:40:40];由最佳配方制取的氯丁橡胶胶黏剂,其不挥发物含量为22.05%、黏度为3550mPa.s、初黏剪切强度为1.25MPa,剪切强度为1.97MPa,并且其各项性能符合HG/T3738-2004标准,其有害物质含量符合GB18583-2008标准。 With using toluene, ethyl acetate and 120# oil as mixed solvent, triethanolamine as non-aqueous catalyst, phenol-formaldehyde resin and active magnesia as raw materials, a chelate complex was prepared. Then a solvent chloroprene rubber adhesive was prepared with using neoprene, NBR, organobentonite, silica white, chelate complex and mixed solvent as raw materials. The results showed that the optimal formula of this adhesives was as follows: silica white, soil organobentouite, chelate complex were 15, 3, 100 phr respectively, neoprene was 70 phr, NBR was 30 phr and mixed solvent was 600 phr (namely mass fraction of toluent to ethyl acetate to 120# oil was 20:40:40). The neoprene adhesives which was made by optimal formula had many characteristics such as the non-volatile matter content was 22.05%, viscosity was 3550 mPa's, initial shear strength and shear strength were 1.25 MPa and 1.97 MPa, respectively, its each performances could meet the standard of HG / T 3738-2004, and the injurant contents could meet the standard of GB 18583-2008.
