摘要
环氧固化剂作为环氧胶黏剂中最重要的助剂,决定了环氧胶黏剂的性能。曼尼希碱固化剂是常温使用的胺改性环氧固化剂中最重要的品种之一,但韧性差的缺点限制了这类固化剂的使用。以曼尼希反应为基础,进行增韧改性,开发出HP-1环氧固化剂。经过测试表明,该固化剂韧性好、强度高,综合性能优异,在胶黏剂行业有着广泛和良好的应用前景。
Epoxy curing agent is the most important additives to determine the performance of epoxy adhesive. Mannich alkali curing agent is one of the key amine modified epoxy curing agent which is used at room temperature, but the disadvantage of poor toughness limits the application of such curing agents. Based on the Mannieh reaction, the toughening modification is carried out, and the HP-1 epoxy curing agent is developed. The test shows that the curing agent has good toughness, high strength, and excellent comprehensive performance. It will have a wide and good prospect in the adhesive industry.
