绢云母改性及其在高分子材料中的应用进展

绢云母是层状硅酸盐矿物,因为具有优良的物理化学性质,被广泛应用在高分子材料中。主要介绍了绢云母的结构、组成和性质以及绢云母作为填料在涂料、橡胶、树脂和化妆品方面的应用。介绍了绢云母改性的方法,以硅烷偶联剂表面改性为主。插层聚合方法是近几年发展的,因为绢云母结构中没有膨胀层,首先使其活化,然后进行插层聚合方法。目前提出的"一步法"是绢云母改性的一个发展方向,最后介绍了绢云母的应用前景。

The sericite is a kind of layer silicate mineral, it has excellent physical and chemical performance, and is widely applied in polymer material. The structure, composing, performance of the sericite, the application of the sericite in the paint, rubber, resins and cosmetic is introduced. The modification methods of the sericite are presented. The first method is the surface modification by silane coupling agent, the second is the intercalation polymerization which is developing in recent years. Because there is no expanding layer in the serieite structure, firstly makes it activation and then executes intercalation polymerization. Now ＂one step method＂ is the developing direction of the modification of the sericite. Finally, the application prospect of sericite is introduced.
