摘要
以MCM-49分子筛为催化剂,考察了反应条件对1-丁烯催化裂解制乙烯、丙烯反应性能的影响.结果表明,选择适宜的反应条件能够有效地抑制副反应,提高丙烯、乙烯的总选择性.在空速为9.4 h-1,1-丁烯分压为0.04 MPa,温度为580℃的反应条件下,乙烯和丙稀的总选择性和收率分别达到72.9%和57.3%.
Catalytic cracking of 1-butene to propene and ethene was investigated using HMCM-49 zeolite as catalyst by changing the effect of reaction condition on the reaction performance.As result,proper reaction condition can suppress secondary reaction effectively and improve the total selectivity of propene and ethene.When the WHSV is 9.4 h-1,1-butene partial pressure is 0.04 MPa,the temperature is 580 ℃,the total selectivity and yield of propene and ethene achieved 79.6% and 58.5%,respectively.
