摘要
采用正交试验法，对丹皮炭的炮制工艺进行优选。结果表明，丹皮炭的最佳炮制工艺为２５０℃，炒制１０ｍｉｎ。
The technology of processing carbonized Paeonia suffruticosa were selected by using orthogonal experiment design.The result shows that the best way is to stir fry in a pan for 10 min at 250℃.The contensts of trace elements in the prepared piece significantly increased.
