益艾康胶囊与辨证施治相结合治疗艾滋病患者885例临床观察

Clinical Observation on 885 AIDS Patients Treated by Yiaikang Capsule Combined with Treatment Based on Syndrome Differentiation

目的观察益艾康胶囊结合中医辨证治疗艾滋病患者的临床疗效。方法收集自2004年10月～2008年10月河南省885例艾滋病患者,采用益艾康胶囊为主与辨证施治相结合的方法予以治疗,口服益艾康胶囊每次5粒,每日3次,治疗周期48个月,对治疗前后症状体征积分、感冒次数、Karnovsky评分、CD4+T淋巴细胞计数、病毒载量及病死率等方面的变化进行比较。结果治疗后患者临床症状与体征积分均明显降低、Karnovsky评分及体重升高、感冒次数减少,与治疗前比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);病毒载量下降加稳定者占84.8%,CD4+T淋巴细胞计数较治疗前明显下降(P<0.01),病死率逐年下降。结论益艾康胶囊结合中医辨证治疗可改善患者临床症状和体征,减少机会性感染,降低病毒载量及病死率。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Yiaikang Capsule （Herbal capsule for AIDS） combined with treatment based on syndrome differentiation on AIDS patients.Methods Totally 885 AIDS patients from October 2004 to October 2008 were involved in the observation.They were treated with Yiaikang Capsule,5 capsules each time,3 times a day,additionally,treatment based on syndrome differentiation was applied.The treatment course last for 48 months.The scores of symptoms and signs,frequency of common cold,Karnovsky scores,number of CD4＋T cell,viral load,and fatality rate were recorded and compared to see the changes after treatment.Results After treatment,the scores of symptoms and signs were significantly lowered,Karnovsky scores and body weight were increased,the frequency of common cold was lower,showing a significant difference in comparing with those before treatment （P〈0.01）.Cases with decreased or stabled viral load level was counted 84.8%,the number of CD4＋T cell was significantly reduced （P〈0.01）,and the fatality rate was getting lower year by year.Conclusion Yiaikang Capsule combined with treatment based on syndrome differentiation can improve symptoms and signs of AIDS patients and reduce opportunistic infections,viral load,and fatality rate.
