摘要作为社会福利体系的一个重要组成部分,英国社会救助制度的功能定位于解决贫困的最后一道社会安全网。在英国,社会救助津贴支付水平很高,社会救助津贴领取率估计值从50%到97%不等,"从福利到工作"的积极就业政策对劳动力市场产生了积极影响。 As an main part of the welfare system,the function of UK social assistance system is to settle up poverty in UK.The payment level of social assistance benefits in UK is quite high;The social assistance benefits estimates of take-up rates range from 50% to 97%;The ＂welfare-to-work＂ policies have positive effect on UK labor market.In a word,the anti-poverty effect from social assistance system is notability.
