全面抗战时期,各地红十字会处境多有窘困,而河南的红十字运动却搞得有声有色。河南多处红会非但没有销声匿迹,反而是努力突破各种内外条件限制,播撒人道之爱,生存下来并有所发展,令人称奇。究其生存发展之道,无私无畏的工作精神、独到的工作能力与内通外联的协作机制实是其生存发展的脉门。

During the all-round period of anti-Japanese war,the activities carried out by the Red Cross Society in Henan province in China were generally impressive,although many societies in the province were in difficult situation.Many of them did not keep silent and lie down but made great efforts to get away from various restrictions inside and outside,sowing the seeds of love.It is really a great wonder that they could survive and develop.Selfless and fearless working spirit,unique ability as well as cooperating mechanism in internal and external communication are the keys to the survival and development of the Red Cross Society in Henan Province.
