网络背景下教师权威的消解与重建 被引量:17

摘要 教师权威在教育活动中具有十分重要的价值。无论是在古代社会教育中,还是在近现代的制度化学校教育中,教师均享有较高的权威,教师权威的形成有其逻辑理路。网络的来临,使教师权威正面临着被消解的危险,但由于教师的关键性功能具有不可替代性,因此,网络背景下亟需的不是用网络教育代替学校教育,彻底消解教师权威,而是要理性审视与回应网络时代的教育诉求,重建教师的教育权威。而重新界定教师权威的内涵、重塑网络语境中教师的知识形象、学会并善于利用网络因素、增进教师的道德感召力以及努力使之成为主流价值观念与社会规范的传递权威则成为网络背景下教师权威重建的可能进路。 The teachers' authority plays an important role in the educational activities.Whether education in ancient society or the institutional education in modern times,the teachers are entitled to a higher authority.The formation of teachers'authority has its own logical thinking.The teachers' authority is facing the danger of being digestion with the coming of the network era.However,the crucial feature of the teachers is not be substituted.Therefore,what is needed is not to substitute Network education for the school education,dissolute the teachers' authority completely,but to review and respond to the demands of education in Network,reconstruct the teachers' authority.The possible process ways of reconstructing teachers' authority against the background of a network are: to redefine the connotation of teachers' authority,to rebuild teachers image of knowledge in the network context,to learn and make good use of network elements,to improve teachers' moral appealing,to become the transfer authority of mainstream value and social norms.
