Methods of Cultivating Charity Culture in Building Harmonious Society

慈善事业作为第三次分配,已逐渐成为构建社会主义和谐社会的一支重要力量。目前中国社会对慈善的理解还不够成熟,慈善事业的发展也刚刚起步。要发展慈善事业,必须要有深厚的慈善文化做根基。建设慈善文化可着力从培育慈善观念、完善慈善制度、搭建执行载体三个层面由内及外,全面切入,从而解决慈善事业发展的瓶颈问题,切实发挥慈善事业在构建和谐社会中的重要作用。

As a third distribution,charity has become an important force in establishing the harmonious society.The charity needs culture as strong foundation for it＇development.But in China we know little about charity,so we must cultivate our charity conception,make the charity channels free,and improve system arrangement to overcome all the difficulties in the development of charitable cause and bring it into full play in the establishment of harmonious society on policies and regulations basis.
