知识产权对国家综合配套改革试验区城市(群)经济建设的贡献度研究

Contribution of Intellectual Property to Cities Construction of National Comprehensive Reform Pilot Zones

以国家综合配套改革试验区城市(群)为研究对象,选用修正的广义柯布-道格拉斯生产函数建立回归模型,探讨知识产权在影响区域经济发展的生产要素中的配置与贡献率,结果表明知识产权在促进区域经济增长中贡献明显。就如何有效把握国家综合配套改革试验区的改革重点与发展方向,实现在知识经济时代以最小投入获取最大产出目标提出相应对策,为我国自主创新为主导的经济发展模式推进路径和方案选择提供参考。

Taking the cities of national comprehensive supporting pilot zones as the subject, and using modified generalized C-D productive function, the paper establishes a gross productive equation to explore the contribution of productive elements on economic growth, estimates the productive elasticity of intellectual property productive element. The results show that the intellectual property element can promote the districts＇ economic growth remarkably. It also provides suggestions for seizing the key point and finding the direction of reform so as to achieve the maximal output within minimal input.
