摘要
在分析Web3.0内涵和特征的基础上,从个人知识管理实施原则、内容及过程等方面阐述Web3.0应用于个人知识管理的可行性,构建基于Web3.0的个人知识管理平台的4层模型,指出在分布资源层、本体库、公用信息平台等的支持下,实现信息的标准化处理与基于本体的内容匹配等基础服务,从而使用户在门户访问层应用的支持下,实现跨语言、跨平台的一站式个人知识管理活动。
Based on the content and features of Web3. 0, this paper elaborates the viability of personal knowledge management based on Web3.0 from three aspects : the implementation principles, contents and process of personal knowledge management. Then it constructs a 4-layer model of personal knowledge management platform based on Web3.0, and points out that it can achieve standardization of information, ontology-based content matching and other basic services supported by the distribution of resources, which including ontology library, public information platform and so on, so that the user can achieve cross-language, cross-platform, one-stop personal knowledge management activities through each application of portal access layer.
