摘要
在CtoC电子商务活动中,由于物流服务供应商选择不当,造成物流费用高、服务态度差、送货时间长等问题,使得消费者不愿意与商家进行交易。为了帮助CtoC电子商务商家科学、合理地选择物流服务供应商,提出物流服务提供商评价指标体系,并有效整合各种综合评价方法,建立物流服务提供商选择的基于灰色关联度的模糊层次评价模型,并通过实例验证模型方便可行。
The problems of higher logistics expense, worse service attitude, longer delivering goods time and so on can be made in the CtoC e -commerce activities because the logistics service provider is chosen improperly, which make consumers reluctant to deal with the merchants. In order to help the CtoC e - commerce merchants to choose the logistics service provider scientifically and reasonably, this paper specifies the evaluation indicators system of logistics service provider, effectively integrates all kinds of comprehensive evaluation methods, establishes a vague hierarchy evaluation model based on gray association degree selected by the logistics service provider. Finally, this model is proved to be convenient and viable by instance.
