摘要
规模报酬递增是经济在城市集聚的原动力,而集聚的过程中同时会产生一些外部不经济的因素,住房成本的边际递增就是一个主要代表,本文就是基于这一视角,建立C-P模型来分析城市经济集聚的极限问题。通过分析可以得出:城市经济集聚的长期均衡有"极点均衡"、"中心-外围均衡"和"对称均衡"三种,城市经济集聚的极限值与住房边际成本的增速、居民住房支出占总支出的比重以及贸易自由度呈负相关关系。因此,增强城市凝聚力,扩大城市规模的有效办法是:控制城市住房价格的上涨速度,减少居民住房支出在总支出中的份额,消除国内贸易壁垒,促进经济一体化。
The increasing return to scale is the impetus of city economy agglomeration.However,in the process of economy agglomeration,some external diseconomy factors may emerge,which are mainly represented by the increasing marginal cost of residence.From this perspective,this paper analyses the limit of city economy agglomeration by C-P model.We find that there are three kinds of long-term equilibrium of city economy agglomeration:"polar equilibrium","core-periphery equilibrium" and "symmetrical equilibrium".The limit value of city economy agglomeration is negatively correlated with the growth rate of marginal cost of the residence,the proportion of residence expense in total expense,the degree of trade freedom.To strengthen the city cohesion and expand city scale,we should control the growth rate of city housing price,reduce the proporation of residence expense in total expense,and eliminate domestic trade barriers to promote economic integration.
