What is the Wittgensiteinian Object?——On Early Wittgenstein's Concept of Object

"对象"是前期维特根斯坦哲学的一个重要概念。评论者们历来对这一概念有迥然不同的解释,这些解释都有自身的缺陷。事实上,只要更为仔细地研读维特根斯坦的前期著作及笔记,便不难发现,"对象"的存在不仅是维特根斯坦早期逻辑分析方法的一个必然要求,而且是命题具有确定意义的必要条件之一。

'Object' is one of the most important concepts of early Wittgenstein's philosophy.Commentators have given various interpretations of the nature of what he called as 'object' in his writngs. All the interpretations have their respective shortcomings. As a matter of fact,once we study his texts more closely,it's not very difficult to find that,the existence of objects is not only a necessary requirement of the method of logical analysis he employed in his early period of professional career,but also one of the necessary conditions of the certainty of the meaning of proposition.
