摘要
应用SEM、XRD以及拉伸试验对1.2wt%Al TRIP钢的微观组织和性能进行检测和分析;结合模拟相图研究了合金元素Al对TRIP钢组织转变的影响。结果表明,Al元素加入TRIP钢中改变了合金相图的相区分布,对合金在热处理过程中的组织转变和随后的性能有一定影响。
A kind of cold-rolled TRIP steel for galvanizing contained 1.2 wt% aluminum was investigated.Scanning electron microscopy,X-ray diffraction and tensile tests were used to characterize the microstructure and to determine the mechanical properties.The effect of Al on microstructure and mechanical properties of Al-adding TRIP steel was investigated combining with simulated diagram.The results show that the distributions of phase changed with addition of Al in the TRIP steel,and it consequently effect on the transformation and mechanical properties during heat treatment.
