4Cr3Mo3W4VNb钢大圆弧刀片的热处理工艺及应用

摘要 研究了4Cr3Mo3W4VNb(GR)钢的热处理及之后的组织及性能。结果表明,在1080℃以上加热淬火后,回火时GR钢出现二次硬化现象,硬度峰值在540-560℃之间,且淬火温度越高,回火二次硬化硬度越高。在1130℃油淬,实验钢得到隐晶或细针马氏体和剩余碳化物组织;经过600-650℃回火后,实验钢硬度达到48-52 HRC。一次剪切量达到6周要求,可以满足高强度钢板热剪的使用要求。 The heat treating process microstructure and properties of 4Cr3Mo3W4VNb(GR)steel were researched.The results show that this steel appears secondary hardening during tempering process when quenching above 1080 ℃,the peak value temperature appears at 540-560 ℃,and the tempering hardness increases with increasing of austenitizing temperature.After oil quenching from 1130 ℃,the small needle martensite and the residual carbides appear in the steel.After tempering at 600-650 ℃,the steel hardness reaches 48-52 HRC.Service life of the continuous shearing for the circle blade is reached six weeks.It can meet the requirement in hot-cutting of the high strength steel plate.
