两种药物治疗复发性阿弗它溃疡的临床对比观察

Clinical study on recurrent aphthous ulcer with treatment of two medicines

目的通过近期疗效对比,探讨两种药物临床应用的选择。方法将67例复发性阿弗它溃疡(RAU)患者随机分成两组,实验组用康复新液,对照组用西地碘含片进行治疗,根据中华口腔医学会黏膜病专业委员会的"RAU疗效评价试行标准"进行疗效评价。结果在临床疗效方面,两者比较差异无统计学意义,但是在溃疡持续时间和疼痛指数方面比较差异有统计学意义。结论实验组对于RAU缩短溃疡期及症状的改善优于对照组,康复新液可考虑作为临床治疗RAU的首选药物。

Objective By comparing the recent curative effects,the author probes into the choice of the clinical practice of two medicines.Methods Sixty-seven subjects with RAU were divided randomly into control group and experimental group.Experimental group were treated by kangfuxin solution,while control group by cydiodinetablets.Curative effects were evaluated by the trial standard of the RAU effect evaluation under the Chinese Stomatological Association.Results As far as the clinical effect is concerned,the two groups do not show any significant difference.However,they show a great statistical difference in the ulcer duration and pain index.Conclusion Experimental group is superior to control group concering the recent curative of RAU and the relief of symptom,and so kangfuxin solution will be a prior medicine to the clinical treatment of RAU.
