摘要 对橡胶籽生物柴油润滑性、燃烧性、与橡胶相容性、氧化安定性、低温流动性等性能进行了研究。结果发现:橡胶籽生物柴油润滑性优于石化柴油,使用橡胶籽生物柴油发动机磨损小;橡胶籽生物柴油十六烷值高,燃烧性能好;橡胶籽生物柴油与橡胶材料的相容性较差,可选择性使用橡胶材料以满足要求;橡胶籽生物柴油氧化安定性很差,经加入抗氧剂后能明显改善,且能满足国家标准要求;橡胶籽生物柴油低温流动性较石化柴油差,但调和使用时,石化柴油的低温流动性所受影响有限。 The lubricity, combustibility, elastomer compatibility, oxidative stability and low - temperature performance of rubber seed oil biodiesel were investigated. The results showed that the lubricity of rubber seed oil biodiesel was better than that of petroleum diesel, and the engine fuelled with biodiesel wore smaller. The cetane number of rubber seed oil biodiesel was high, so its combustibility was good. The rubber seed oil biodiesel had a bad compatibility with the elastomer, so it was necessary to select rubber kinds to meet the operating requirements. The rubber seed oil biodiesel was very susceptible to oxidation, but by adding antioxidants its oxidation stability could be improved significantly and could met the national standard specification well. The cold flow property of rubber seed oil biodiesel was worse than that of petroleum diesel, but when petroleum diesel was mixed with rubber seed oil biodiesel, its cold flow property was limitedly affected.
