固体催化预处理的米糠毛油制备生物柴油的工艺研究

摘要 利用高酸值米糠毛油作为原料制备生物柴油,在固体酸催化剂催化基础上用固体碱催化剂补充酯交换反应,考察了甲醇质量分数、催化剂用量、反应温度、反应时间对生物柴油最终转化率的影响,采用响应面法优化反应条件,得到最佳反应条件为:催化剂用量3.8%(占油质量),甲醇质量分数26.8%,反应温度66.5℃,反应时间4.4 h,在该条件下转化率可达到98%以上。 Biodiesel was produced from the crude rice bran oil with high acid value. A solid acid catalyst was first used to catalyze the esterification of rice bran oil, then a solid alkali catalyst was used to the transesterification of rice bran oil. The effects of mass fraction of methanol, the amount of catalyst, reaction temperature, and reaction time on biodiesel conversion in the alkali -catalyzed transesterification were investigated. The optimal conditions were obtained by response surface methodology as follows: the amount of catalyst 3.8% (based on the mass of oil),temperature 66.5 ℃ ,mass fraction of methanol 26.8%, time 4.4 h. Under the optimal conditions, the conversion rate of biodiesel was over 98%.
