20Ni4Mo钢与55SiMoV钢摩擦副磨损性能的研究

Study on wear properties of friction pair consisting of 20Ni4Mo steel and 55SiMoV steel

摘要 研究了20Ni4Mo钢和55SiMoV摩擦副在高接触应力无润滑条件下,不同的表面渗碳含量、淬火温度和表面硬度对耐磨性的影响。正交试验优化最佳热处理性能的匹配,通过电镜和能谱分析了微观组织、磨屑形貌及磨损机理。结果表明,影响磨损量的主要因素为20Ni4Mo表面碳含量、55SiMoV及20Ni4Mo的硬度。最佳耐磨性的热处理指标匹配为:20Ni4Mo表面碳含量为0.85%,表面硬度为60~61HRC;55SiMoV表面碳含量为0.95%,表面硬度为59~61HRC。 The paper studied the influence of various surface carburized content,quenching temperature and surface hardness on the wear properties of friction pair consisting of 20Ni4Mo steel and 55SiMoV steel under high contact stress and non-lubrication condition.The matching of optimal performance of heat treatment was optimized by orthogonal test,as well as the microstructure,wear debris morphology and wear mechanism were analyzed by SEM and energy spectrum.The results show that factors affecting the wear loss as priority are carbon content of 20Ni4Mo,surface hardness of 55SiMoV and hardness of 20Ni4Mo.The optimal wear properties can be obtained by matching of 20Ni4Mo possessing surface carbon content of 0.85 wt% and surface hardness of HRC60~61 with 55SiMoV possessing surface carbon content of 0.95 wt% and surface hardness of HRC59~61.
