PLC技术在矿山井下水泵自动化排水中的应用

Application of PLC technology to automatic drainage of pump in underground mines

矿山井下排水是矿井安全生产的一个重要环节,目前国内矿井普遍采用手工排水法来完成井下排水。该方法在发生透水事故时,因人员全部撤离,而使水泵无法开启,从而影响排水。而PLC技术在井下水泵的应用,较好地解决了这一难题。PLC可以自动启动水泵,并以最大排水量进行排水,工作安全可靠,使用效果良好。

Drainage in the underground mine is an important operation for the safe production.At present,the drainage in the domestic underground mine usually is manually operated.With this drainage method,the water pump can not be started while flooding accident occurs since the staff has been evacuated.In the paper,PLC technology was applied to the automatic drainage of pump in underground mines,which resolved this problem well.The pump starts up automatically by PLC,and pumped the maximum water reliably and safely,thus the excellent application result can be achieved.
