摘要 在所有危险废物处理技术中,高温焚烧法是破坏传染性和有毒性物质、减少体积和重量的最有效的方法之一。介绍了用于处理医疗垃圾的φ4.3m×12m回转窑的结构、特点、垃圾焚烧系统主要工艺过程及回转窑在该系统中的应用。该回转窑可正反向旋转,无级调速,采用鳞片式密封,窑内工作温度为850~1200℃,可满足国家对医疗废物焚烧的要求。 Among all the treatment technologies for dangerous waste,the high-temperature incineration is the most effective approach to destroy the infectious and poisonous matter as well as reduce the volume and weight.The paper introduced the structure and characteristics ofφ4.3 m×12 m rotary kiln used for treatment of medical waste,as well as narrated the main technical process of incineration system and the application of the rotary kiln to the system.The kiln rotates normally and reversely with stepless speed regulation and is squamaformed sealed.The temperature in kiln ranges from 850℃ to 1200℃,which satisfies the national requirements for incineration of medical waste.
