论新时期农村文化遗产保护的困境与对策

The Difficulties and Countermeasures in the Protection of Cultural Heritage in Rural Areas

农村文化遗产保护是农村文化建设的重要内容,促进该项事业的创新和发展是实践科学发展观和建设新农村的必然要求,也是实现农村物质文明、政治文明和精神文明协调发展的重要手段。现阶段,农村文化遗产保护工作主要面临法律层面的规范和保障匮乏、文化遗产生存环境恶化、文物流失问题严重、无形文化传承断档、民族文化板块日益松动瓦解等五大问题,因此,保护工作应着力从法律完善、政府主导、农民主体等三大方向入手。

The protection of rural cultural heritage is an important part of cultural construction in rural areas. To promote the innovation and development of this cause is an inevitable requirement of the scientific development concept and building a new countryside. It is an important means to achieve the coordinated development of material, political and spiritual civilizations in rural areas. At this stage, cultural heritage protection in rural areas mainly faces five nuts as follows： the lack of legal norms and protection, the dete- rioration of living environment, the heavy loss of historical relics, the merchandise in intangible cultural heritage, and an increasingly loose and collapse of culture plate. On the basis of an analysis of the causes, the author proposes the protection of cultural heritage in rural areas of the new era should be oriented in three major directions： sound legal system, government leading and farmers as the main body.
