原位肝移植治疗肝脏巨大海绵状血管瘤

Orthotopic liver transplantation for hepatic giant cavernous haemangioma

目的报告一例罕见的肝巨大海绵状血管瘤患者行同种异体原位肝移植术。方法术中切除病肝达４０ｃｍ×３０ｃｍ×３０ｃｍ，重６．１ｋｇ。供肝取自男性脑死亡供体，供肝热缺血时间为３分３０秒，冷缺血时间为１１小时。结果同种异体原位肝移植术获得成功，供肝功能良好，无并发症发生，患者生活质量良好且已出院。

Objective To report a rare case of orthotopic liver transplantation in a patients with agiant cavernous haemangioma of the liver. Methods The excised liver measured 40cm×30cm×30cm in size and weighted 6.1 kg. The donor was a male patient of brain death. The heat ischemic time and cold inchemic time of liver in the donor were 3min 30s and 11h respectively. Results The patient made an eventful recovery and the grafted liver had a good function. No complications occurred. Conclusion The therapeutic effects of orthotopic liver transplantation for treating giant cavernous haemangioma of liver were satisfactory.
