摘要
随着北方地区水资源的日益紧缺,目前投产的大型火力发电机组逐渐开始以直接空冷为主,这就给整个汽水系统的净化处理装置——凝结水精处理的选型带来新的课题。直接空冷机组系统庞大、凝结水水温高,从设计选型上是选用分床系统还是树脂粉末过滤器,目前尚无定论。作者详细介绍了大唐国际托克托发电有限责任公司600 MW直接空冷机组的凝结水精处理设计、选型、运行的工作过程,为今后类似工程的设计、设备选型及运行方式提供了真实、可靠的实践经验。
As the water resources in northern China is getting less decreasingly, direct air cooling technology has mainly been applied to the current large-scale steam electric generator units. Thus, the air cooling technology brings up a new subject on the selection of the condensate fine treatment, which is the purification equipment of the entire steam-water system. The direct air cooling unit is huge and the condensing water temperature is high. There have been different opinions on the design selection whether separated bed system or resin powder filter should be used. This paper introduces in detail the work processes of design, selection, operation of condensate fine treatment in Datang International Tuoketuo Power Generation Co., Ltd. It provides real and reliable experiences in the design, equipment selection and operation mode for similar projects in future.
