摘要
成都某工业园区污水处理厂采用了厌氧水解、初沉一体化反应池/CASS生化池/D型滤池/紫外线消毒/除臭的处理工艺,该工艺能处理高浓度、水质波动大的污水且运行成本低、污泥量较少、出水水质好.当污水厂进水COD、BOD5、SS、NH3-N、TP平均值分别为420、150、260、28、4.2 mg/L,pH值为7.3~8.5时,出水COD、BOD5、SS、NH3-N、TN、TP平均值分别为30、8、10、2、5、0.5 mg/L,优于设计要求,运行成本仅为0.59元/m3.
The combined process of anaerobic hydrolysis and primary sedimentation tank, cyclic activated sludge system, D type filter, ultraviolet disinfection and odor removal is used in the WWTP in an industrial park in Chengdu City. This combined process can treat wastewater with high concentration and large fluctuation in quality, and it has advantages of low operation cost, low sludge yield and high quality effluent. When the average influent COD, BOD5 , SS, NH3 - N, TP and pH are 420 mg/L, 150 mg/L, 260 mg/L, 28 mg/L, 4.2 mg/L and 7.3 to 8.5 respectively, the average effluent COD, BOD5, SS, NH3 - N, TN and TP are 30 mg/L, 8 mg/L, 10 mg/L, 2 mg/L, 5 mg/L and 0.5 mg/L respectively, which is superior to the design requirements. The operation cost is only 0.59 yuan/m^3.
