济南柴油机厂生产废水的处理及回用 被引量:1

Treatment and Reuse of Wastewater from Jinan Diesel Engine Factory

摘要 根据济南柴油机厂生产废水含油量高、可生化性差、悬浮物含量高的特点,采用了隔油池/气浮池/活性滤料生物滤池处理工艺,处理出水最后经二氧化氯和氯气消毒后进行回用。实际运行结果表明,处理出水水质达到《城市污水再生利用景观环境用水水质》(GB/T 18921—2002)的水景类标准,具有很好的环境效益和经济效益。 According to the characteristics of high oil content, poor biodegradability and high SS concentration in the wastewater from Jinan Diesel Engine Factory, the combined process of oil separation tank, flotation tank and activated media biofiher is used, and the treated effluent is reused after sterilized by C102 and C12. The operation results indicate that the effluent quality can meet the waterscape criteria specified in Reuse of Urban Recycling Water -- Water Quality Standard for Scenic Environment Use ( GB/ T 18921 -2002) , which brings good environmental and economic benefits.
