Review on Articles in European and American Journals about Tibet’s Human Rights Issue

欧美学刊发表的大部分有关西藏人权的文章,往往荒谬地虚构出一些根本不成立的逻辑起点,其在研究过程中第一手资料的获取方法也极不规范,论证范式常常自相矛盾,文章的结论更是荒谬、错误,反映出作者学术之外的另有企图。在这些文章中,除了有些作者本身即是对中国历来就怀有敌意的组织的顾问或成员之外,亦有相当数量是出自那些初出茅庐的法律硕士和博士生,他们大都是流亡海外、得到一些欧美大学资助攻读学位的第二代和第三代藏族人。对于这些人,既要与其针锋相对,同时还应鼓励他们回来看看。西藏已发生翻天覆地的变化,西藏人权研究不能只在猜想中进行。

Most articles published by European and American Journals on Tibet＇s human rights issue often absurdly make up some invalid fabrications as logical starting points. In the process of research, the methods to obtain first- hand information are irregular as well as the arguments are often contradictory paradigm. As a result, the conclusions of these articles are usually absurd and incorrect which reflecting the authors may have other intentions besides the academic research. In these articles, some authors are consultants or members from the hostile organizations against China. Moreover, a number of them are LL.M. and Ph. D. students with Grants from Law Schools of European Universities who are the second-generation or third generation of Tibetans in exile, For these people, we should not only oppose their wrong viewpoints with tit for tat but also encourage them to return hack to see the dramastic changes taken place in Tibet.
